Last week, the experienced left-hander pitched three scoreless innings in his initial rehab appearance with Triple-A Nashville. On Thursday, he'll aim to reach approximately 65 pitches. Víctor Mederos was with the team for about 24 hours before being sent out prior to Tuesday’s game against the Rangers to create space for a new relief pitcher. The 24-year-old right-hander has appeared in two relief games in the major leagues this season.
Andy Pagés struggles continue.
Andy Pagés had another game without a hit during the Dodgers' 3-1 defeat to the Brewers on Tuesday. Playing right field and batting cleanup, Pagés went 0-for-4 and struck out twice. This game increased his streak of hitless at-bats to 11.
Jorge Soler had a day off on Tuesday.
